  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final and non-refundable.

📦 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
